Lee Hill update

Well we got a bit slowed down this week on this project since we received about two feet of snow at the house! Even with this said there has once again been lots of progress made in the last few weeks. We passed all of our rough inspections (i.e. electrical, plumbing, hvac, and framing) this past week. The whole house has also been sheeted with osb in preparation for stucco. The new windows are installed and the insulation was finished today. Things are moving quickly now, whic is good since the weather is turning winter like quickly.

Denver Cabinets

I recently was able to break away from the big Lee Hill project and install a custom set of cabinets in a Denver home. Eric built most of the cabinets at his house and we then installed them in one long day. The wall was 24' long and was a mix of moveable shelves and enclosed cabinets.

Lee Hill Project Framing

Many things have changed on the project since last time I posted. We have the entire addition framed and many of the new openings framed in the existing house. The roof has ice and water shield on it so we can stay dry now. I also had Mauro and his crew on site again to form and pour the steps and the garage slab. The HVAC rough in is almost done as well.
