This is a small bathroom I just finished. It is very sleek with muted colors, and very clean lines. It is one of my favorite bathrooms even though it is so small. The tile is all the same color, but the floor is a tumbled texture while the wall tile is polished. The mosaic tile in the shower is a mix of the two, which really ties it all together. We used the ebbe square drain so there were only straight lines in the shower. We added a soffit above the mirror with two recessed lights, instead of having the traditional vanity light.

Our Basement- Finished!!
Well we finally finished out basement and it is awesome! The bar is just what we wanted. I have already watched a few Carolina games on the new big screen. We used a dark bamboo floor and slate for the bar floor. Some of the cabinets we salvage from another job and I built the wine storage cabinet and the floating shelves. We ended up using tan brown granite even though it was not our first choice, but it looks perfect with the cabinets and all the flooring. The entertainment center is a piece of furniture that I built for a client but got to keep. I love it

Our Basement!
Over the past few months Kelsey and I have been finishing our basement. Like most basements in our area it was a blank slate. We decided to keep the room as open as possible so we would have a nice space to entertain and to watch games (particularly North Carolina basketball!). Everything is a bit dirty in the pictures, but you can at least get the idea of the space. The bar is eight feet long, and it will have plenty of storage space behind the bar and room for a bar refrigerator. We recently finished putting down the bamboo flooring and all the trim is done. The whole space should be done in a week or two and I'll post again.
Avery Brewery- New Bar
The Avery Brewery has been a great client of mine for a few years now. My company built their original tasting room in its current location and have expanded it two times since then. When I got the call that they wanted a custom bar I was excited. It was a fun project, but we only had three days to assemble the bar in place and do all the final trim work. All in all everyone was happy and now when you go to Avery you can belly up to the bar and enjoy our handiwork!
Rock Creek Bathroom
This is a bathroom I recently gutted and remodeled. The bathroom previously looked like something out of 1970's Vegas with mirrors above and below the sink. I also removed the wallpaper and textured the walls. Now it looks great and is a real focal point on the main floor of the house. We did a very similar vanity to this one in another house this past summer. The vanity is totally custom built with a granite top and travertine skirt and built in mirror area. We also removed all the old wooden balusters on the staircase and replaced them with new wrought iron ones. I wish I had the before pictures of this because the change was dramatic.
