Well we finally got this project out of the ground and it is starting to look like something. We got the floor system in as well as the perimeter drain and foundation insulation.

Rock Creek Basement
We completed this basement a couple of months ago, and it came out excellent. We custom built the cabinets and I personally did all the stone work and tile work.
Foundation Poured!
On Friday we finally got the foundation poured after a bit of a hassle in the morning. The driveway is still very steep even after regrading it so the pump truck had to be moved twice so the concrete trucks could get into position. After we got rolling it only took about two hours to pour and place everything. Its good having this done because now we can get moving with the framing!
Excavation Complete/ Foundation begins
After finall moving all the rock and regrading the driveway we poured the footings and formed and poured the foundation walls.
Lee Hill Project
This is the house as we just began to break ground.
We finally broke ground on our newest project three weeks ago. It is a 1300 sq ft addition just outside of Boulder. We ran into quite a bit of rock, but finally got the foundation walls poured last week.
